Day four
It was sort of a rough weekend and I didn't work out or make time for it...which is totally my fault so I am continuing on today. Today was yoga. Its 1 1/2 hours long and I could barely do 45 minutes before my legs wouldn't stop shaking and my muscles gave out. I layed on my floor for like 20 minutes after only half of it! I enjoyed what I could do and my goal for next time is to get further through. I'm now also trying to eat a diet of less than 1500 calories. I guess we will see how that goes. Hopefully tomorrow goes well.
